Vendor Information and Application

Thank you for your interest in joining the 23rd Hawthorne Valley Fall Festival as a vendor!

The Festival will be held on Sunday, October 8, 2017 from 10am to 4pm. The Festival seeks to celebrate the harvest, ecology, agriculture, education, creativity, localism, and the community. Our vendor area has grown over the years to reflect that goal. We have a diverse mixture of local businesses attend the event as vendors, from maple syrup producers and woodworkers to ice cream makers and fiber artists. We also reserve some spaces for local nonprofits who would like to attend with informational booths. This year, we are also seeking artisan food truck vendors. We believe in local, fresh food sourcing from sustainable farms in the region, and would love to promote area food businesses that share our commitment to organic, biodynamic, and local foods!

Vendor fees start at $75 for a 10×10 booth. There are multiple discounts and additions offered.

 

Vendor spaces for the 2017 Festival are filled.

 

Set up for the festival will begin at 7:30 am on Sunday, October 8. All vehicles must be removed from the vendor area by 9:30 am and set up must be complete by 10 am. Breakdown begins at 4 pm and must be complete by 6 pm.
