Vendor Information and Application

Thank you for your interest in joining the 24th Hawthorne Valley Fall Festival as a vendor!

The Festival will be held, rain or shine,* on Sunday, October 7, 2018 from 10am to 4pm. The Festival seeks to celebrate the harvest, ecology, agriculture, education, creativity, localism, and the community. Our vendor area has grown over the years to reflect that goal. We have a diverse mixture of local businesses attend the event as vendors, from maple syrup producers and woodworkers to ice cream makers and fiber artists. We also reserve some spaces for local nonprofits who would like to attend with informational booths.

Are you an artisan food vendor? We would love to have you at our festival! Hawthorne Valley believes in local, fresh food sourcing from sustainable farms in the region, and would love to promote area food businesses that share our commitment to organic, biodynamic, and local foods!

Vendor fees start at $75 for a 10×10 space.** There are multiple discounts and additions offered.

All spaces for the 2018 Festival are now full. Check back next Spring for details about our 2019, 25th Anniversary Festival!
